Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD) hosted the Global Green Growth Institute’s (GGGI) Greenpreneurs in Doha for a fruitful study visit over the course of 7 days. Throughout this week, the Greenpreneurs visited green farming lands and sustainable factories while meeting leading Qataris in sustainable manufacturing.
The impact of this study visit lies in supporting green entrepreneurship and fostering innovation, creativity, inspiration, and exchange of experiences. In addition, this opportunity offered an enriched experience to the Greenpreneurs for them to take back home and build upon their current businesses.
This step enables QFFD to showcase the State of Qatar’s sustainable industries to small-business owners in supported countries to inspire them and help them lead forward hopeful futures for their communities.
